Pupil Observations

Andrew is regulary booked for classroom observations either in a formal or informal observation of pupils whilst they taking place in a classroom or other learning environment including schools and colleges

Pupil and Student Observations On – Site

I conduct a range of on – site observations for a range of potential outcomes, including:

  • Supporting evidence for Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
  • Supporting evidence for clinical interventions
  • Strategic interventions for behaviour 
  • Sensory audits 

These observations can be delivered:

  • Individual classes
  • Across year groups
  • Across department

And provided for:

  • Groups
  • Individuals

Each observation is followed up with a bespoke, detailed, strategic, individual written report, within 14 days.

Andrew has a wealth of experience, practice and knowledge in education and neurodiversity. He will work closely with your Senior Leadership Team, Multi Academy Trust (MAT), or departments to forensically investigate and analyse methods and practice across schools, colleges, and MATs, and meet individual needs.

Helping you develop

Andrew will help you develop effective sensory environments, personalised curricula, and organisation wide strategy, with a particular focus on Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), behaviour, and specialist provision to meet the needs of groups and individuals.

Andrew specialises in a range of neurological diversities including:
