Andrew has a wealth of experience, practice and knowledge in education and neurodiversity. He will work closely with your Senior Leadership Team, Multi Academy Trust (MAT), or departments to forensically investigate and analyse methods and practice across schools, colleges, and MATs, and meet individual needs.

Helping you develop

Andrew will help you develop effective sensory environments, personalised curricula, and organisation wide strategy, with a particular focus on Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), behaviour, and specialist provision to meet the needs of groups and individuals.

Andrew specialises in a range of neurological diversities including:

  • Autism
  • Attachment needs
  • Attention Deficit, Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Dyslexia
  • Dyscalculia
  • Dyspraxia
  • Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
  • Gifted, Talented, Able
  • Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)

Andrew is available for training and inset CPD in the following ways:

  • Full day
  • Half day
  • Twilight
  • On – site or live via Zoom or other digital platforms
  • Pre – recorded workshops (with assessed follow up tasks)

Andrew will undertake observations and consultations, and deliver conference presentations on a national, or international basis.
